3. When a match appears, we email you within 24 hours — usually much faster
4. One-click unsubscribe in every email. No premium tier required

What you'll get

• A concise email with the listing headline, location, size, price (or POA), and a link to the source
• Deduplicated — cross-portal duplicates are merged
• Digest or instant — you choose (daily digest recommended for active counties)

What you won't get

• Marketing emails from estate agents (we don't share your address)
• Promotional content from unrelated advertisers
• A paywall pushing you to a premium tier

Privacy in plain English
